Data collection involves clinical interviews, testing, document review, and analysis integrates findings using forensic standards. A comprehensive, court ready report is provided, and if required, testimony can include a deposition and/or a court appearance.
Litigation is expensive. You are paying for the 25 years of experience that get our clients in-depth results with more efficiency. We charge $350 per hour. ACT 235 evaluations are a flat fee of $500. Most individual evaluations cost between $5,000 and $15,000. Complex cases (e.g., custody evaluations) can cost $20,000 – $60,000+.
All fees reflect the depth, rigor, and legal reliability required in forensic work. Telehealth consultations and record reviews are available, subject to legal and clinical requirements.
