Supervised Visitation

Rebuild trust and protect the relationship.

If you’re here, chances are you didn’t imagine your relationship with your child would look like this. Being court‑ordered to supervised visitation can feel frustrating, unfair, and even humiliating.

You may worry that every move you make is being watched, judged, or recorded. At the same time, you deeply want one thing: to maintain and strengthen your relationship with your child, allowing you to support your future as a parent.

That’s exactly where we come in.

At Gallant, we provide professional, court‑informed supervised visitation services designed not just to monitor, but to support, guide, and strengthen your role as a parent in ways that align with court expectations and your long‑term goals.

What does and doesn’t supervised visitation mean?

This term is often misunderstood. It is not punishment, nor the end of your parenting role. It is an opportunity to interact with your child in a structured, safe environment.

This environment allows you to demonstrate your commitment to your child, build (or rebuild) trust, show the court your capacity for safe, consistent parenting, and strengthen your case for expanded custody in the future.

We help you use this time strategically and meaningfully, not just get through it.

Our approach is clinical, neutral, and parent-supportive.

Unlike basic supervision centers, our services are grounded in clinical expertise and real‑world experience with family systems. We don’t just observe but strive to understand.

With over 20 years of experience working with families in high‑conflict and court-involved situations, we know what courts are looking for, what children need to feel safe and connected, and what parents need to demonstrate growth and readiness. Our role is neutral, but our approach is supportive, structured, and professional.

The services include supervised visitation ($80/hour, including drive time and documentation time), a safe, calm, and child-focused environment, reduced conflict and emotional intensity, and the ability for you to engage with your child in a positive, supported way.

We also provide professional oversight to ensure compliance with court expectations.

Therapeutic supervised visitations are more involved.

This enhanced service goes beyond observation. A licensed clinician or trained supervisor will provide real‑time (en vivo) parent coaching and guidance during your visit.

We will help you respond effectively to your child’s emotional and behavioral needs and support you in building stronger parenting skills in the moment.

This service offers gentle redirection when interactions become challenging and accelerates progress toward unsupervised or expanded visitation.

This is ideal for parents who want to improve their parenting approach and actively demonstrate measurable growth.

Another service involves monitored custody exchanges.

We facilitate smooth transitions between parents by minimizing direct contact between adults, reducing the likelihood of conflict or escalation, and ensuring children experience predictable, emotionally safe transitions.

During visits, we focus on helping you stay present and engaged with your child, supporting age-appropriate interaction and communication, creating an environment where your child feels safe, seen, and comfortable, and encouraging a natural, positive parent‑child connection.

When appropriate, especially in therapeutic visits, we provide in‑the‑moment coaching to help you navigate difficult behaviors calmly, strengthen emotional attunement, and build confidence in your parenting abilities.

What makes our service different?

We understand the stakes. These visits matter, not just emotionally, but legally. We provide professional, objective documentation when required by the court, reflecting attendance and consistency, behavioral observations, and the quality of parent‑child interaction.

We help you move forward. Our goal is not to keep you in supervised visitation indefinitely. We help you demonstrate progress, build a track record of safe, appropriate parenting, and position yourself for expanded or unsupervised visitation when appropriate.

We treat you with respect. Your current situation does not define you. We approach every parent with professionalism, neutrality, and dignity because when parents feel respected, they show up better for their children.

Why does this matter for your child?

Children benefit when they can maintain a relationship with both parents, provided they are safe and supportive.

Supervised visitation allows your child to maintain a connection with you in a protected environment, where they can experience reduced conflict between adults and build (or rebuild) trust at a pace that feels emotionally safe.

And most importantly, it gives your child the opportunity to continue seeing you as their parent, not their problem.

There is a path forward.

Right now, this may feel like a limitation. But with the right support, it can become a turning point. You will have a place where you can show consistency, rebuild trust, strengthen your relationship with your child, and demonstrate to the court that you are ready for more.

Supervised visitation is not the end of your parenting story. It’s a chapter, and one you can use to move forward with intention.

At Gallant, we help you make the most of that opportunity for yourself and for your child.

You don’t need to navigate this alone. Reach out today to get started by contacting our office to schedule an intake. We will review your court order, clarify expectations, and create a structured visitation plan.

It doesn't have to stay this way.

The tension at home can shift. The arguments can slow down. The silence can turn back into conversation.

With the right support, your family can learn new ways to listen, respond, and show up for one another.
